Now all investors selling seems over and investors completed their payment and awaiting for procession of property. Most of reputed builders in chckaldongri area Like Rustomjee, Ekta, Vinay Unique, Acroplolis sumit, Agarwal , Raj are completed the RCC of building and working on final state and lot of small buiders in the area trying to sell at higher rates.
In last one year there was only few new projects launching , now it seems buyers interested see properties and new projects.
Virar Re-sale prices are not crashed in old developed areas , but the transactions was less but now things are started to move and 1BHK are selling Above 28 Lacs In most of areas.
